Twikkle ("we", "the app") is a casual game app with trivia (CrackIt), map (PinIt) and hidden-object (FindIt) games, a personal pet and private rooms for friends. Contact: shieldon.software@gmail.com.
Twikkle is for people aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we will delete it.

We do not ask for your real name, phone number, contacts, precise location or photos. You can play as a guest without creating an account; guest progress stays on your phone.
Twikkle shows optional rewarded ads (for example, to earn an extra hint). Ads are provided by Google AdMob, which may use your advertising ID. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent first and you can change your choice in the app settings. You can also reset or limit your advertising ID in your phone settings.
We do not sell your personal data. We use these service providers to run the app: Supabase (accounts, cloud save and rooms; servers in Mumbai, India), Google AdMob (ads) and [crash-reporting provider]. They process data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
We keep your account data while your account exists. If you delete your account, we delete your profile, progress, pet and cloud save. Crash reports are kept for a limited time [period to confirm].
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK, India or California) you may have additional rights under local law. Contact us to use them.
Data is sent over encrypted connections. Each account can only read and change its own cloud data. No system is perfectly secure, so please choose a strong password and keep your recovery code safe.
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours.
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
